Yes, we supply natural gas to household consumers.

The invoices for electricity shall be issued at the projected price (the actual price of the previous billing month). The electricity delivery and acceptance acts are formed at the actual price of the current billing period.

In order to conclude an electricity supply contract with LLC LTC ELECTRUM, it is mandatory to have an electricity distribution agreement with the corresponding DSO. In the absence of such an agreement, the company has the opportunity to conclude an agreement exclusively with the lessor who has it.

No, the cost of electricity includes only active electricity.

The consumers who have terminated the contract with the current supplier and have not signed a new one shall be transferred to the supplier of “last resort” (SLR), according to SFTC Ukrinterenergo.

Yes, LLC LTC ELECTRUM carries out electronic document management with its consumers.
